Customer Service Executive (Inbound calls for Leading Telecommunication company)

Job Descriptions :
- Answer inbound calls from customer
- Identify/assists customer by troubleshoot their problems.
- Create a report based on cases and submit to technician for further clarification.

Working Location :
* Plaza Cygal,Bangsar KL (Near Menara TM)
* Plaza Vads, TTDI (Damansara)


Basic Requirements.
Minimum SPM with credit in English & Bahasa Melayu
Diploma (in any field) / Degree (in any field)
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Malaysian citizen.
Age between 20-45 years old.
Can speak in Malay and English Language
Applicant must be able to work in SHIFT rotation

Working Patterns
5 working days in a week
2 days off in a week (not fixed on weekend)
8 hours of working (daily)
Earliest shift will start at : 7:00am – 4:30pm
Last shift will start at : 4:30pm – 2:00am

SALARY OFFERED
SPM
= RM1500
DIPLOMA = RM1500
DEGREE = RM1700

Benefits includes:
Performance allowance + shift allowance + overtime allowance + medical allowance +
transport allowance + EPF & SOCSO Contribution
= (RM400 - RM500)
